Hinchcliffe Books aims to
dispatch orders on the same or following working day, normally
using DHL next working day service.
Small orders will be dispatched via
Royal Mail or Parcel Force at the most economic rate unless
a specific service is requested by the customer.
No carriage is charged on orders
over £200 net trade value. Orders of net trade value
£100 up to £200 will incur carriage charges on a sliding scale.
Orders under £100 will incur the full carriage cost up to
a maximum of £7.50 per consignment.

Hinchcliffe Books reserves the right
not to fulfil an order or any part thereof without explanation
or recourse to the customer. Nevertheless, every reasonable
effort will be taken to inform the customer of any difficulty
or obstacle to the order being fulfilled. Damaged goods received
are to be reported to Hinchcliffe Books as soon as possible
by telephone, fax or e-mail and in any case no later than
seven days from receipt. Telephone notification is to be validated
by a "damaged goods validation number" issued by Hinchcliffe
Books.
Damaged goods will be replaced or
a credit note raised to the value of those goods as invoiced
by Hinchcliffe Books at the discretion of Hinchcliffe Books.
All reasonable effort will be made to satisfy the needs of
the customer.
Orders are fulfilled on a firm sale
basis however any stock in a resalable condition that is not
required may be accepted back on terms to be negotiated between
the customer and Hinchcliffe Books.
